Kikumasamune Junmai Koujo 菊正宗　しぼりたて　純米・香醸 alcsak o con ghiaccioTASTING NOTES: This sake is a new type of Junmai sake which has the great original umami taste but with a twist of fruity flavours that is Ginjo shu like. Kikumasamune uses their own original sake yeast HA14 to produce great fruity flavours like apple or muscat. Furthermore, this sake has a more umami taste from the rice due to the lower polishing ratio that is not found in many Ginjo shu like sake.
